Hello, I’m glad you’ve landed on my blog. I’m Alina, a doctor and also a mother since the end of 2020. I love spending time with my family, in nature or cosy at home following the „hygge“ principle, tinkering in the kitchen and whipping up delicious healthy food, inviting friends over and exploring my surroundings on a walk with a visit to a café.
What I like about my work is the contact with people and the opportunity to alleviate suffering by supporting healing processes. In the daily routine of a hospital or practice, the person as a whole often takes a back seat due to time pressure. Symptoms are often treated without paying close attention to the underlying contexts. In many cases, an unhealthy lifestyle is (partly) responsible for the development of the disease. On my blog, I would therefore like to present alternative and everyday measures for a healthy lifestyle that everyone can implement immediately. In my opinion, a healthy lifestyle should be uncomplicated and suitable for everyday life.
For me, health goes hand in hand with enjoyment, well-being and a balance between tension and relaxation. That’s why I also present recipes and stories that are good for the soul. I wish you a lot of fun reading & implementing!
